How do I download my files again?
Go to the download page and fill in your email. You should get an email with all your downloads. Check your junk mail. Try again, if nothing shows up email support@themeid.net.
What licenses are available?
- One purchase = x1 license for one website
- You can use the product to make a website for a client
- You cannot use the product and sell it in a store
Do you offer refunds?
30 days from purchase.
How do you keep data safe?
I use SSL (https) and stripe as a payment gateway. I do not store credit card data on my servers. I keep your email and the products you have purchased so I can know what products you have purchased and send you the relevant download links.
Why do you need my address?
To check the tax location and credit card using our payment gateway.
Why am I seeing a foreign exchange fee on my credit card statement?
This is out of my control and the money does not go to me. I charge in pounds sterling (£) or dollars so if your payment method charges for foreign exchange then you will pay a foreign exchange fee on that transaction. That money goes to your credit card provider and not me.
What will I see on my credit card statement?
If you purchase using Stripe you will see a description of THEMEID.NET. If you purchase using a merchant of record it will be whatever the merchant of record choose to use for their ID.
How long does support last?
1 Year for that specific product. You can purchase again to renew your support.
What does support cover?
Fixing the product so it works the way I said it would.
How do I get support?
If I purchase support will I be paying a subscription?
No, it doesn't auto update at the moment. You will not be charged after your year has ended. It is a one time payment (at the moment). You will get a reminder before your support product has ended with a link to purchase new support. It will add onto your existing support so you won't have to wait until your original support has ended to purchase.
